REFUND POLICY

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@nexorasetup.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating the return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nexorasetup.com.
